These save on joint wear and tear
I bought these inserts to put into my tennis shoes about a year ago, and they instantly took the shock out of my tennis. I am 62 years old, and yet I run hard after the balls. But after a couple of hours of tennis my joints were really sore, so much so that I could hardly walk for a day or two. But when I put the Noene inserts in, it instantly changed. Even that evening after tennis there was hardly any soreness.
But not long ago I started noticing that the aching had come back. I guess they don't last forever. I ordered a couple more pair (I wear them in my street shoes, too), and once again they are absorbing the shock, so that I am not nearly as sore in my joints the next day.
With this experience, I have decided to replace these every time a buy a new pair of shoes. My knees, hips and spine are worth it!

Sound good, but not bass
I use this speaker in my shower. It allows me to listen to music and take phone calls while showering. On any song where there is much bass it rattles. But otherwise it works well.

Nice little scope.
2 of 2 found this helpful Nice little scope. For those wondering what the 40x60 stands for, I believe the 60 is the size of the front lens and the 40 is the size of the back lens. It is definitely not a 40x.
