XT60 M/F arrived very promtly

Does the job of USA Taxes, but is not intuitively designed or laid out.
From previous years, it can do the job of USA taxes. Having said that.
The programs are not intuitively designed or layout. (Note: when fix is stated, it means -> easier, more intuitive, less work or steps or clicks)
I have suggested that they fix the file save and restore function in the business program.
In order to retrieve the prior years tax return, the last years program had to be installed. I had to get tech support to help with reinstalling last years program on a new Win10 computer. I do not know if they have fixed this or not for this year.
Some times a chicken and the egg problem happens with the K1 stuff. the program wants the K1 people before they were added. The K1 people should be imported from last years return.
