Started right up!
After determining my problem was fuel related… Fuel pump not turning on and Injectors shut down. Bypassed fuel pump relay. With the fuel pump running still no start. Sprayed starting fluid, van starts. After installing new ECU, Fuel pump comes right on and then starts right up. Problem solved thank you!
