Tough to install Tool flimsy
Battery works fine. The tool that was provided to open the back cover was flimsy and broke immediately after I started using it. Had no problem installing the battery once I removed the cover.

Garbage.
Took 3 weeks. Purchased 4. 3 of the 4 were in pieces. Packaging was a soft trash bag style housing 4 small boxes that offered no protection. 2 boxes were
visibility damaged. 3 of 4 were in pieces or disassembled when opened. While supposedly water resistant they were not. 2 took on water and shorted out.
I guess you get what you pay for applies.
Beware. Quality is shoddy at best.

Difficult in locking in ammo load
I had difficulty locking a full load into the device. The only way I could secure it was pushing in on the ammo and then turning the lock. It released ok but loading and locking the ammo into the device took a little effort. This was the case in both devices I ordered using different brands of .38 cal ammo
