12-80V 30A PWM DC Motor Speed Controller With Digital Display Panel Slow Start

Like Bump Up/Down Speed Control - Start on Applying Power not Good - Needs to Start in Off Mode

This has almost everything right with it but curious design behavior starts motor at max programmed speed when first applying power. Since it does not really have an off switch like similar PWMs out there this does not work for my use.
