2 of 2 found this helpful My doctor told to take iron supplements since I was anemic. I was taking regular iron supplements but it was not working much, so I started looking online for a better one. The reviews for blood builder was convincing so I bought it to try out. And I must say it's awesome. My tiredness has reduced immensely, and I no longer complain of being tired all the time. I take two tablets twice daily. Thanks a lot megaFood.
