Dell Optiplex 780
The PC is in the a bubble in the original shipping box. With keyboard and mouse, simple instruction. Latest pre-installed Windows 10 Home. This is an excellent buy.

Display Performance
The screen/display refresh rate is sluggish, struggling and noticeable. It is usable though but I didn't expect it to be like it this from the product specification.
