The best mouse I have ever felt
The Corsair Harpoon is an excellent mouse that is both affordable and comfortable! I recommend this mouse for anyone whether they are gaming or not. I bought two of these bad boys and I am very pleased with my purchases.

Alaska Life Monopod - not bad!
The alaska life monopod - (no bluetooth abilities) + a bit more expensive than other simple "selfie sticks"
The monopod does exactly what you are looking for - holds many different smart phones secure and stable. extends up to what id guess 4 feet. very lightweight / easy to use.
unsure how much damage this item can take.
the wrist safety loop is removable and the handle doesn't collect sweat and get icky. - try it out.
