  Unfortunately after the sale was made the seller was out of the country but did not put on their notifications or inform me of this. Item was purchased but didn’t ship. Seller did not respond to messages. An INR was opened and a refund was given. No apology given.

  I have messages indicating full apology was given. I was not able to post on time due to a surprise 60th holiday out of my control, which I explained. As per my feedback this is out of character therefore not intentional as the feedback indicates - very disappointed at this.
