the first aerial ladder truck and trailer made by TONKA in 1954
i informed the seller what this item was but has failed to title their listing as such, in it's current condition the only part worth any money is the truck, it seems in very nice origianl condition, these trucks are hard to find in this condition but it's a shame the trailer needs loads of restoration work, so many parts are missing it would not be in my opinion worth restoring but replacing or selling for parts only. I own one of these toys in perfect origianl condition and feel it's a stand out piece of tonka toy history, the 54 and 55 of this model where the best of all the aerial ladders made.

The best toy pressed rivets money can buy
These are hard to press but the results are perfect, unmarked heads and nice rolled sleeves😉
