A great brush for all time
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been using this model Mason Pearson brush my entire adult life. Mason Pearson has always had a reputation for producing first class products, which is why I tried them in the first place, and I have to say that they have earned their reputation over the generations. I wanted a smaller, more compact brush, not just of boar bristles, as the longer, nylon bristles help the brush function better, and this one fills the bill better than any other I have tried. There is no beating this great, traditional English company for a quality product. I think my most recent purchase is my third or fourth since my early 20's (I'm now in my 60's)...they last for many years, and do such a lovely job...the bristles are the perfect length to massage the scalp and are gentle, comfortable for my very sensitive scalp. You couldn't ask for a more perfect brush. I'm so delighted to have a new one now, as my old one had certainly done ultimate service over the last 15 or so years.
