After the PC arrived with issues with the RAM (probably due to shipment), they immediately sent me a new set of RAM free of charge. I would only say they should probably not use this motherboard for builds, considering it's so touchy with RAM. The company also admitted this is a known issue sometimes with this motherboard as well. I appreciate their honesty and quick assistance with the RAM issues. All motherboards using DDR4 RAM use the same latching mechanism which is prone to unlatching during transit due to drops/jolts/shaking. All that's needed is pressing down on each stick of RAM to reseat them back into the slots.
