  I purchased an item that was sold as "new" When I received it it clearly wasn't new, as it was in a filthy condition and a safety device was missing, making the item inoperable.The seller disputes this, but photos tell a thousand words.The seller has offered a full refund but given that more than 50% of the total cost was postage and packaging he has refused to refund the costs of the returns.Not what I would expect given the item was sold misrepresented.Avoid avoid avoid.
