She was very helpful and communicated effectively. Thus concluding this sale with a smile :) The clippings are healthy and already show new groeth. Tracking is useless was only updated after delivery. Typical government agency….and they wonder why usps is going broke. I have five other orders with the same results

Plants arrived a little beat up since they were wrapped in a paper bag only with tape around it, no support or backing for the mail. Dried up roots, shipped with no paper towel with water to keep them alive. No message or label stating what they were, finally found it by using the tracking number.
