Seller is guilty of arbitrage, where he ordered item I ordered from him, from Amazon and had it sent to me as a gift. Also used a false FedEx tracking number that delivered to a zip code that is different from mine, while it actually arrived via USPS. Package came in an Amazon bag and had an Amazon gift receipt included, scanning the QR code lead me to an Amazon listing for the same item but $5 cheaper. This is extremely frustrating, as I do not wish to support Amazon as a company. Bad seller.

The item received did not match the Description. The Seller sent the wrong color bike. When I contacted the seller I got a quick response and return shipping label to get the item returned. The return got held up somewhere along the way so it took a while to get my refund, but it eventually went through.

item came super no issues works well. was disappointed that in the description it said it was a queen size heating blanket, not a heating throw is what arrived in the box. definitely thought it would be a thick blanket for the money I paid. it wasn't, it was a thin throw, not a queen size heating blanket as described. other than that, that's my only complaint.
