Sturdy Metal Cascading Hanger
Previously I bought the plastic version of this type of cascading hamger. The concept is great. However, the plastic is not strong enough to hold 5 garments. In a very short time my hangers fell to the floor along with the garments. Because I liked the concept, I searched for a sturdier version. It turns out that this hanger is working well. The metal attachments seem to be secure and are able to support the weight of 6 garments.

Quality "Happy Light"
Great quality! Is constructed well. Has a nice bright light. If you don't get outside to get enough Vitamin D, this lamp is a perfect alternative. Helps chase SAD away.

An awesome health resource!
"How Not to Die" cuts through the often confusing health information. The book is laid out well by disease as in How Not to Die from Cancer OR How Not to Die from Heart Disease, etc. Written in every day language, the book is easy to read and understand. Also, links to wonderful resources are provided. If you want to eat more healthily, this is a must read. It will become a valuable resource.
