I hate it

The idea of this product is great, but honestly, it's far from becoming a good product, it's really hard to configure it, I struggled a lot to set it up, it doesn't take the internet that easily, you need to use an application from the company to control it and it's not really friendly, I tried more than 50 times to reset it and following the instructions included on it but still it was not working as supposed.
