Chiltons 1984-91 Cherokee and Comanche is not the one for electrical work.
This is the manual you want for mechanical repairs. If you want to do electrical work and need schematics this is not the book you want.

Battery positive cable
1 of 1 found this helpful The short cable was just that , to short. I had to cut the end off and add 8" more wire and reuse the ring terminal. Oh and the gauge wire was lighter than the original one.
