Good quality, I installed the outlet in a trailer. Used the power on a 7 pin trailer connector to charge a solar generator while driving. No significant drop in voltage, does not get hot.

Good value
Had a problem with one of the covers when it was delivered. Emailed Customer service with photographs of the problem. They immediately responded to inquire if I would like a refund or replacement. The one set cover worked perfectly and was of high quality. I requested a replacement. A replacement was sent the next day and it works perfectly. The seat cover does not slide around and holds it shape, The temperature controller is accurate and holds the correct temperature. The covers are comfortable.

Heated grips
Instructions were easy to follow. I used the Yamaha Tenere 700 auxiliary plug. The grips turn on and off with the key. The controller being integrated onto the side of the grip takes up no space on the handlebars.They heat up very quickly.
