Problems setting up but finally work smoothly: not for novices
I had to work with these two drives for several hour using Partition Master before I could get them to create and format an lragest partition. I did not want 2, 3 or 4 partitions on these as they will currently consoilodate my data for a move overseas. Online storage is expensive and would take a long time to upload and eventually download. BDRs are excelletn and will last fior a century or two, but I cannot carry a lot of those. I cannot afford the ones above 25 GIGs either, so I will limit these to using as backup od very important data. The rest will go on these two 8T and one other plus 6 4T drives. Yes, I have a ot of data. I am a teacher, writer and artist. However, I did finally make them both work and now they work well.

Exactly as advertised.
This is an excellent replacement for my stolen surface go 2. Everything I have from that one fits this one and it seems to work just as well. The little machine was well cleaned and set up as if I were the first owner.
