If I didn't love this series so much I would absolutely return it. Multiple disc's skip or the sound will cut out. I've tried playing them on multiple players, and cleaned the disc's themselves. I even went as far as buying a new dvd player because I thought the issue was on my end, seeing as the disc's are brand new.
