A quick and easy way to extend your home wi-fi.
I wasn't too sure about these before ordering, but am very happy with my purchase. Beause of my home set-up I had to use a longer data cable than that supplied in the kit, and I also had to plug the extender into an extension lead, which they said to avoid. Then I plugged one of the wi-fi hotspots into a socket in my garage, which is over 20 feet from the house and within a couple of minutes it was ready. My phone connected to it easily, and now I can happily stream music to the phone and play it on a bluetooth speaker while I work out there.
Mine was 'manufacturer refurbished' which helped the value - would I have paid the full 'new' price? Maybe now that I know it works.
Just make sure you get the wi-fi hotspot version as when I was looking I noticed some of the results were just broadband extenders.

Only used them once, but they did the job.
Used them to remove a stubborn set of plug leads without problem, after those cheap yellow plastic ones failed dismally. There are cheaper steel ones out there, but these felt sturdy enough that they should be useful for at least a few more years.

Just plain useful.
They call them cable ties, but can be used for just about anything that needs to be secured with the ability to undo. I got them to tie round camera strap quick-release catches as added security, and they're perfect for that.
