It is clear because of the S foundry stamp found only on type 7. If so then you should have known what you were buying. As for the frog being ground down, I have no idea what you are talking about. I used another listing to get the accurate weight and description as far as I know it is pre-lateral. A lot of those old planes are mix-matched or someone substituted another part for an older one. You also never contacted me about your problems.

This is a good pressing, very quiet and no pops. Sound is great. Highly recomendeed album. Get it if you can.
