Circle with Disney Parental Control Device

Can't get it to work on my network

I have followed every instruction to the letter, read the website, and consulted online forums. The device simply will not connect. I'm calling in expert help this weekend. If we get it working, I'll revise my review, but so far I would definitely *not* agree with those who say the set up is easy.
