My name is Angie Suhling. I have been a self-employed hairstylist for 37 years. About 15 years ago, I lost feeling in both feet and part of my legs due to spinal stenosis with total nerve impingement. Due to my workaholic lifestyle, and loving what I due my feet started getting severe ulcers. My left foot had to be reconstructed, and this year my right foot had to be partially amputated. I had to be off work for 7months out of 12. At times my life was dark, but I prayed for guidance, and to be able to help support us with the same passion I have for hair. I have been able to go back to work now on a very limited schedule, and that makes my heart happy! This will help subsidize the income I am losing, and feel the time I have. When life is dark you have to find STRENGTH IN THE STORM!!!
