Highly recommend!
I was skeptical but one pill lasts 3 days for me! When I take one pill on 2 consecutive days, they last 5-6 days!

Good product
I think it does help to keep you from gaining weight. I think the original formula worked Better as to why 4 stars instead of 5. I would purchase again.
