Nice Linear Bipolar Hall Sensor
These perform well. They are nearly as sensitive as my large sense coil - but unlike the coil, they are DC-coupled! This makes then great for general-purpose magnetometry and transformer saturation testing. They exhibit some thermal drift. But for most applications this is not an issue. And yes, you can use them for VR slot sensing too. But their linear bipolar response makes them useful for much more than that.

Nicely Constructed - Good Value
These are nicely constructed insulation-piercing test probes. I purchased them to debug miniature circuits with 0402 SMT components. The shafts are indeed high-quality steel, but they are not insulated! I solved this by slipping about 2cm of 21g solid wire insulation over the exposed shafts. This worked well, because I used red on red and black on black, so they look stylish.

So-so quality, but fine for hobbies.
Quality is so-so - definitely not for professional use. But for hobby use these are fine.
