Tried to contact this seller multiple times. 0 communication. Never responded. Item fraudulently described as tested and working. Item arrived with no sound out of both speaker ports, essentially tricking me into buying $100 piece of junk. This was supposed to be Christmas present to myself, so yeah, I’m beyond frustrated at this seller. Just know, this buyer is a gamble. You may get a working unit, you may not. I’m bringing my case to EBay. This should be illegal.

I ordered this monitor almost a month ago, and all I have received is a tracking number that shows the carrier is STILL waiting for the package. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times to find out what the delay is but I have received ZERO response from them. Terrible shipping, terrible customer service, terrible way to run a business, DO NOT GIVE THIS SELLER YOUR MONEY!

The communication with the seller was good but I asked him specifically to package the product in a small box and all he did was shove the product forcibly inside a medium size USPS box with very little bubble wrap surrounding the surge protectors. The box is all beat up from shipping and it's an absolute miracle that none of the surge protectors were damaged during shipping. If this is how this seller packages all products he sells, then I do not recommend this seller at all. Bad experience.
