Melts your heart without resorting to melodramatics
Engaging (main) character study - superbly entrancing & intriguing soundtrack
By all means, read other more erudite film critic-y reviews; I am an amateur aficionado only

Surprisiingly distinctive, singular comedy series
The series is not only engaging by way of the cast of humourous, warm and humane characters with whom one develops a sense of sympathy, if not out right identification(s), but the singular context, set in beautifully cinemagraphed(?) surrounds of the contemporary rural & suburban Danelaw, draws one in fully. Hugely entertaining, deeply moving & highly recommended.

Not among Goodman's more impressive offerings
Rather 'thin' all around.
While I wasn't expecting anything especially epic, this adventure is lacks much in the way of setting/backstory/motivation, and doesn't have much narrative coherence.
More a mini module than proper adventure.
