  This seller quoted a price for shipping then turned around after accepting my bid and tried to charge me $2.00 more for the shipping cost than was stated in their quote for shipping cost. They then tried to tell me I would have a strike against me from eBay if I didn’t pay for my bid when I know for a fact that they must keep the shipping cost stated in their ad!

  Calculated shipping cost (which was advertised for this item) is completely calculated by eBay/USPS algorithms (not the seller) based off of item weight/location. Your browser shows an estimated cost based off your approximate location; then, once you enter your exact address, it will give you an exact shipping quote. I explained this to the buyer, but he/she obstinately refused to acknowledge even though they were inexperienced on eBay. I finally canceled the order at no charge.
