- We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the following business day.
- We are proud to offer Saturday shipping! Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST on Saturdays will also be shipped the same day.

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
- If the item is used, a 25% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with inspecting, cleaning, and repackaging the returned item.
We will cover the cost of return shipping, so you won't incur any additional expenses when returning an item.

The product advertised is the NC201 in NEW condition. What I initially received was USED product with food still on it. I contacted the seller right away. I genuinely appreciate how responsive they were. They sent me a new product a week later. I opened the latest package, and it’s a brand new NC100, NOT what I ordered. At this point, their lack of quality control just makes me call this expense a lost cause. I’d shop elsewhere to get what you actually ordered.
