  Feedback was exceptional for this seller up to this point so I’m shocked by my experience bought two bags totalling almost £2000 . Seller lied about the despatch date and both failed the inspections . One was found to be faded , dented and scratched and I was told by seller it was unused never left the house . The neverfull set failed as pouch was missing despite being listed and a fake dustbag . No attempt to make things right or an apology . Thank gosh for eBay’s authenticity guarantee.

  Unfair representation of our conversations and the authenticication reports. I was away but did reply to seller saying I’d check for missing item once back. Another bag had never left my house and so could not be faded. Being a ridgid leather bag, it was slightly curved as never been used, would have ‘filled’ out any creases once filled. I also offered full refunds on both, given the same day. I have used eBay over 21 years with over 4000 transactions with never had negative feedback, buyer has!
