When the package arrived, 1 package of batteries had completely opened up during shipment, but they were all accounted for, and I was short 1 package which I'm sure was an accident. Seller refunded for missing package ASAP. Since they sell these in lots of 5 packages, I'm sure this is why they refunded me vs. sending another package out (I gave them both options though).
