I have made tests and can recommend.
The device is working. I have made some investigating: I have measured working frequency of the device. It’s 40kHz as must be at Mode 1 and it has auto variable in wide range (about 30kHz-52kHz) frequency at Mode 2. The power is strong, I don’t think you will need more.
P.S. patients will hear the sound during the procedure. It is normal!

it shows Element logo on booting, but it works in my Westinghouse WD65NC4190. Thanks.
