Super pump and great workouts
I mix 4 grams with my preworkout ,2 grams post work out and have 2 grams in a drink during the day .I am pumped all the time . I seem to sleep better since taking this product .Not sure what the science is behind that but I'll take it . Gives me a massive boost in my pump during workout .I would highly recommend .It also dissolves completely no particles that stay behind .It has a sour taste.I mix it with gatorade ,water or anything . Great quality powder .You cant go wrong with Rhino .I will be ordering this again and will be checking out some of their other powders as well .Get yourself a lb or 2 .You wont be disappointed .

Lifting more with no Pain
Solid wrist wraps that I use every workout for chest and back work .As I have gotten older heavy benching and back work began to aggravate my wrists . I had to use less weight . I have been using these almost everyday and they are awesome . .I highly recommend them .Had I been using these wrist wraps earlier I most likely would have had a lot less pain after years of heavy lifting ..Get a pair of these you will not be disappointed !
