Nope
Even at max compression they didn’t fit. Wish they came smaller. Oh well.

Not fond!
Quality protein but the fact that it is whey might be the culprit. After only a small dosage I would feel bloated, uncomfortable and just gross. I'm not lactose intolerant however I think it's just way too processed. I had to toss the product in the garbage and recently switched to hemp. Dismal taste but feel better afterwards and that's what counts most.
