Nice remastered CD by J Geils Band
Love this CD. It was one of Geils' lesser works, but my favorite. Two songs stand out as outstanding on this CD, "I Do", a great remake, and "Monkey Island" which is in my opinion, J Geils best song, although unlike most of their other stuff.

Goodbye Blue Sky
This is a good CD to have in your collection. As usual with G&C, the vocals are fantastic, and the lyrics biting. The addition of the harmonicas to this project made this a good CD. Of note, 10,000 Angels and A Little Piece of Heaven are G&C masterpieces.

Midway - a timeless classic for the history buff
0 of 1 found this helpful I had watched this movie in the theatre as a kid in "sensaround" which a good subwoofer can compensate for these days. Watched it again recently. Still as fresh as it was when it came out in the 70's.
A great all-star cast, and significant movie about the turning point of WWII at the battle of Midway Island.
Another historical note mentioned in this movie was the battle of Dutch Harbor in Alaska (now famous for the crab fishing shows) in which the Japanese attacked and also occupied parts of Alaska. Not more than a mention in the movie,
