I received the wrong product again

the length about 8 inches and transparent? Well I received one at 3 inches and very opaque.
I already spoke to you about this item, and you where very helpful and willing to help. What I think the problem is there was a mix-up of photographs. The one advertised is the large obelisk, you intended to sell the smaller one. Am I right ? AN error is human.
