Item was listed as "Open Box". They called me before shipping to let me know and gave me the opportunity to cancel. Upon my request they gave a very small partial refund. I needed it for work, so I did not cancel. Laptop was very worn and no where near open box quality. Works fine and price was okay. Shipped very fast which was nice.
