What a refreshing experience it was to deal with this vendor. The item was as described. Packaging was outstanding. There was a small issue with the transaction where a cable in the images was not delivered HOWEVER, the vendor was prompt in their communication with me about the issue and we mutually resolved the minor discrepancy. Great Seller. Great Communication. Great packaging. I bought Krell S1000. When it was delivered, the item had broken main power switch and so I was very disappointed. I brought it to the audio repair shop and they charged me $95.00 to replace with genuine Krell switch. So I told this problem to the Seller and this Seller refunded me $95.00 immediately. I was so impressed. Now my Krell S1000 is at the repair shop and it will be done mid next week. Haha. I will give this Seller 5 stars.
