    The shipping fee is through eBay’s label. Is based on weight, box size which is called dimensional weight and distance which can be seen before purchasing. I’m not a regular seller but just a casual person selling my extra items. I don’t have control over eBay’s shipping label or the mail carrier fees and I don’t make anything out of the shipping fee since it goes directly to that, the shipping label. I’m sorry for the bad experience. I completely understand. I’m a buyer as well.

Works exactly as described. Week one and everything was gone. If you are going to use it on the face be warned that it will look a bit ugly but by the end of a week it should be ok and easy to cover with make up if the spot is still red. Therefore if you are planning to use it on your face and have an important date happening soon keep that in mind. I also used it on my eyelid and it got swollen up a bit as if a bee stung me. No it doesn't look cute so again if using it on any part of the face just make sure you will be comfortable with showing the face for that whole week. Will def buy again if I ever end up needing it again.
