Great for its size
Bandwidth and performance compared to a full size stick it's not quite as good but a Great Compromise if you have limited choices and space for mounting

SWFA SS scopes are still the best bang for the buck.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been able to compare this scope to much more expensive Leupold and Nightforce scopes. No, it's not quite as good as all of them, but at 1/3 the cost it is still an excellent value.
Pros: Very rugged construction, mil-quad reticle is simple, accurate, useful, and not quite as cluttered or busy as some modern reticles. The extended range below the cross hair gives 10 mils of holdover range. Glass is bright, clear, on the "white" side of coloring. Cost makes it a great value.
Cons: The rugged construction makes it a bit large and heavy. The "white" glass may put off those who prefer softer color spectrum (like Leupold), but it is very clear edge to edge even at max magnification. I haven't compared it in low-light at dusk or dawn yet, but others have said it doesn't perform as well as S&B or US Optics. Well, duh, those cost considerably more
