Detroit's Art Institute Can Cook Up Some Artsy Food
I am very please with this purchase. I bought it for my daughter who just started working at the Detroit Art Museum and is an avid cook. I am holding it for her Birthday but I know she will be very pleased with it.
I have purchased other books via Goodwill and have always been pleased. They rate their books well (perhaps even a little lower on the scale than what they actually are as was the case with this book).
I especially like to order from Goodwill Industries as they help give people jobs that otherwise might not have the opportunity and I encourage all to do so.
This cookbook was published over 30 years ago and used gently but is still ready to be used again to make more wonderful recipes.
