Executive Office Chair Ergonomic High Back Reclining Leather Footrest Armchair V

Recline is worth it, no more 'seat tilt' BS! :D

This is the first chair I feel comfortable leaning over to grab something off the floor partially behind me because it does *not* have that stupid seat tilt all other desk chairs I have had in the past used. The back tilt is amazing, and I love the footrest. I do use a 'real' footstool along with, but this adds some extra support behind my knees and the footrest itself is actually really nifty. The headrest is definitely too high, but I'm really short so I'm used to that. I kinda want a spare seat cushion to help pad the seat, it feels a little under-padded maybe? But I am more than willing to spend a few dollars to get myself a spare cushion and probably rig up my own headrest to take this chair from great to amazing.

Poorly padded lumbar support

This chair is comfortable, except for a board in the back that must be intended to be a lumbar support? It doesn't have enough padding, my husband refuses to sit in it because it hurts his lower back. I like that the seat cushion is removable and well padded.
