Its a clutch cable .
This clutch cable fit perfectly on a Honda 400ex and likely fits other machines. Smooth action, easy to install, correct length and ends. Works great

Overall, a fun little scooter.
This has been a fun machine that has a few minor quirks. First, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5? As soon as I got the scooter assembled, I had to cut and reweld the seat post. The seat was welded at nearly 45 degrees instead of flat as needed to sit on. The headlight holders cannot be tightened, so the headlights slowly aim themselves up into the night sky as you ride over bumpy roads. I like the power, it's torquey and quick, cruising speed seems to be about 20 mph- very fair. Quiet and smooth, the range is fair too, I went almost 10 miles on my for at charge and felt that was enough. I could have gone further, but to prevent premature battery failure, I stopped and recharged the battery instead. The fat tires are great in soft sand and have a good feel on harder surfaces. I like this scooter alot and I think most people would as well. It's a heavy, solid, well built scooter that I hope will last along time.

Needs some work, but turned out great.
I had to hack these to make them work, but they turned out great. The metal tabs want to rip out of the plastic, glue them in. The mounting holes are in the wrong place, so I had to do some work to get them mounted. The turn signals are 2 wire, so I had to mod the plastic housing to accept my 3 wire stock bulb holders and LED bulbs. The fog lights have glass lenses- awesome! They look great and are very bright compared to the stock turn signal lenses. Good quality overall. I'd recommend them, but not for novice installers.
