The pics on their site look as though the closure is magnetic but is actually two small sticky squares which didn't always work. The seller describes it as 'Magic Adsorption' whatever that's supposed to mean!! When I complained I received a poor response from the seller questioning why I was unhappy. I contacted EBay to say that I have not had the return label which was promised and I've not had a response from them either so I'm very unhappy with the customer service from the seller and Ebay.

Buyer, please hope you check our listing clearly. there is no any magnetic or magnet in the listing or the pictures. I'm afraid maybe you misunderstand. the phone case you received is 100% as same as it showing in the listing. if you don't like it, you can return it back for a full refund. please make order by listing, but not as imagine
