well.. it has pretty pictures
it helps to know how to speak Spanish before you purchase this book. There is no help with pronunciation so you are on your own with that... it is assumed that the professor will tell you, I'm sure but come on.. what happens if you have a lousy instructor? And the alphabet? The author couldn't even explain how to pronounce the alphabet. But what really turned me off was the fact that you begin to learn in the introduction.. before you even hit Chapter ONE! It's just such a defeated feeling knowing that you have to cover so much stuff before you even officially begin the book. This book is popular with lots of people so I guess I'm in the minority.

perhaps it depends on what flavor youget?
I love the size about the brush is soooo hard and the lip gloss is too gooey. Have you ever tried to apply gooey lipstick with a hard brush? Not fun. I trashed it.
