Tucker Should be in the Media Library of Every Home In America. It is important that our children know every aspect of this nation's history. We should never forget how the rich and powerful can squash a man's or woman's dream. I first saw this movie in theaters. I consider it both educational and entertaining. It was interesting to discover that many of the features on cars that we take for granted today were first introduced by Tucker. Furthermore, these same features were initially ridiculed and rejected by the three major car manufacturers, and that Ford, General Motors and Chrysler have more than been paid back for what they did to Mr. Tucker. While they worked so hard to keep one more American from realizing the, American Dream, in the years since, multiple foreign car manufacturers have flooded the marketplace. Giving them far more competition than Tucker would have. I thought the movie was very informative, well acted by the entire cast, and that Jeff Bridges gave a standout performance.
