You only get what you pay for

These are very cheap servos for the specification. I bought 8 for less than £25. They seemed to work OK however when I fitted one to each half of the elevator one servo was visibly slower than the other. I tested all 8 on the bench to find a pair the same speed. (Three out of the 8 were lazy!) I fitted a matching pair to the elevators only to find the centering completely unacceptable. This was on a 30cc plane requiring large servo horns and large elevator horns for 3D flying, which I admit would have exaggerated the poor centering. However, I tested a number of different make servos including inexpensive, std torque, and analogue, some very old. All centred better than these I had bought. I concluded that they were just not good enough and I would not fly my plane using them. I gambled on these cheap servos and lost.

Perfect for early model DLE 111 engine

My DLE 111 would not start until I operated the diaphragm by sucking and blowing (sticking needle valve) and when it did start and run it continued to drip petrol out of the carb. I fitted this kit and now she starts and runs perfect with no drips, and all for a couple of quid. Note: this kit fits the early model DLE 111 and will not fit the later model.
