  This buyer made the process extremely difficult. The phone arrived with three deep digs on the screen side, undisclosed in the photos or listing description. I messaged the seller twice—no response. eBay’s solution was to return it, but I couldn’t—it’s my only phone. I requested a $200 refund (paid $463.71), but the seller insulted me with a $0.01 offer. eBay needs better buyer protection policies. I would have never purchased this used phone had the seller accurately described these defects.
